Position Details

Full-time
Monday through Thursday 12p to 8p, Saturday 10a to 4p
Fridays and Sundays off
Located in North Royalton, OH
Reports to Store Manager

What You Will Do

Work with parents, students, and directors on rentals, sales, repairs, and service
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-moving environment
Support school outreach, merchandising, product flow, and daily operations
Learn retail systems, process transactions, manage inventory accuracy
Be part of a small, high-trust team that takes ownership from day one

Who We Are Looking For

Positive energy and strong people skills
Reliable, organized, and driven to learn
Comfortable working on your feet and juggling multiple priorities
Music background is a plus but not required
Retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred
Must be available Saturdays
Must be looking for long-term growth, not a short-term job

Growth Path
This role is part of our internal management development track. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into roles such as:

Team Lead
Assistant Manager
Store Manager
School Services or Operations roles depending on strengths and interest
