As a part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in daily operations, tournament coordination, golf instruction, and retail management—all while working alongside a dynamic and professional staff in a premier private club setting.

Role:
The Assistant Golf Professional assists the First assistant Golf Professional and the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the club. The position is responsible for supervising and managing the golf operations in the absence of the First Assistant Golf Professional, the Golf Shop Manager, and the Head Golf Professional. MUST be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays! MUST have reliable transportation to and from work and be able to arrive at work on scheduled time! All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all members and guests.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year in the golf industry preferred.
- Golf Genius Software knowledge highly desirable.
- Knowledge of golf course and pro shop operations.
- Knowledge of golf tournament operations.
- Knowledge of golf club repair preferred but not required.
- Essential Responsibilities.
- Assist with members and guest check in and fee collection.
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Manage tee sheet reservations.
- Assist in managing tournament operations
- Assist in the management of outside service staff.
- Assist in Management of the practice facility.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image.
