We are seeking a highly organized and professional bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for calendar management and document creation/editing
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
