What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a motivated and curious intern to join our clinical Operations team. Clinical Operations is the engine of our clinical trials, responsible for the execution, management and monitoring of trials that bring our new drugs from the lab to patients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials in a fast-paced biotech environment. You will also gain understandings in the core functions of clinical research and the drug development process from the inside. The intern will support clinical trial activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure trial efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for…

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of clinical trial activities (e.g., study start-up, site management, enrollment tracking).
  • Help manage and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Support the creation and review of study documents such as site communication, training materials, and study manuals.
  • Participate in vendor management activities, such as reviewing meeting minutes, tracking deliverables, and scheduling meetings.
  • Help maintain clinical trial trackers and dashboards (e.g., enrollment status, site activation).
  • Attend cross-functional team meetings and prepare meeting agendas or summaries as needed.
  • Conduct literature reviews or background research on indications, competitors, or clinical trial benchmarks.
  • Assist in quality control and reconciliation of clinical data and reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the Clinical Operations team.

What Knowledge & Experience you'll bring to us...

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, pre-Med or a related field
  • Strong academic record with a genuine interest in Clinical Research and drug development.
  • Practiced organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with clinical system (eg CTMS, eTMF) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
