LDRP RN – Night Shift (3x12, 19:00–07:00)\n\nFacility Type: Critical Access Hospital\nTotal Beds: 22\nLocation: [Insert City/State]\nCharting System: Epic (experience preferred)\nScrub Color: Any professional color\nParking: Free\n\nPosition Details:\n\nShift: Nights, 3x12s (19:00–07:00)\n\nHours: 36 or 48 (approved)\n\nFloat Requirement: Yes, may float between units\n\nOn-Call: Yes\n\nWeekends: Yes – rotation every 2nd or 3rd weekend\n\nBlock Scheduling: Not required\n\nRatios: 1:1 | 1:2 | 1:4 depending on patient acuity\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 2 years’ experience (first-time travelers accepted)\n\nActive RN license\n\nNRP & Fetal Monitoring required\n\nBLS and ACLS preferred\n\nEpic experience preferred
