Every other weekend required

Job Description:
Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Caregiver to join our growing team. This part-time position primarily supports clients in the Twin Lake area, with flexibility to cover nearby North Muskegon as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Provide mobility support and transfers

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Maintain clear and professional communication with the office and family members

• Document care provided in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or similar)

• Must be able to start shifts at 6:00 AM

• Available to work every other weekend

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background check

• Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
