Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay: $20 - $28/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule:
- Training: 1st Shift | MonFri | 6:50 AM 3:00 PM
- Regular: 2nd Shift | MonFri | 2:50 PM 11:00 PM

Job Overview:
Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our growing manufacturing team. You'll work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines per schedule
- Diagnose and fix issues with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Work with fluid delivery/monitoring systems and PLC controls (preferred)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborate with all departments and levels of staff
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance and electrical experience required
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and maintenance software
- Must be reliable and work well in a team
- Temp-to-perm mindset
Working Conditions:
- Standard manufacturing environment
- May involve getting dirty at times
- Exposure to elevated temperatures and hot equipment (e.g. ovens, heat-traced lines, valves, hot oil systems)
