Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking top-tier ML research scientists, Cheminformatics with a strong track record of applying machine learning methods to advance small molecule drug discovery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cheminformatics expert skilled in molecular data and tools like RDKit and OpenEye.
- Experienced in experimental drug discovery assays and CADD workflows, from docking to ADME prediction.
- Proficient data scientist and applied ML engineer, fluent in Python, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
What We’re Looking For:
- PhD in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science
- Expert in advanced modelling techniques, including GNNs, multitask modelling, active learning, and Bayesian optimisation.
- Experienced in large-scale data management, SQL, data pipelines, and robust approaches to molecule featurisation and model validation.
