Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our sales team as product sales specialist. If you have a passion for luxury and premium cars and aspire to grow your career in the automotive industry, this is an excellent opportunity for you. As an product sales specialist, you will play a pivotal role in representing our dealerships and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budgets. Provide personalized and knowledgeable assistance throughout the entire sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, technology, and specifications of our premium vehicle inventory. Educate customers on the unique advantages of our models.
  • Demonstrations and Test Drives: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the performance, safety, and luxury features of our vehicles.
  • Sales Negotiation: Work closely with clients to negotiate and finalize sales agreements that meet their requirements while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure their ongoing needs are met.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals to grow your client base.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the dealership.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to adapt your sales strategies accordingly.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping associated with the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury vehicles and a strong desire to learn about our other brands.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
