Job Responsibilities:
Operation of Manual Machines: Set up and operate manual machines, including grinders, drills, lathes, and mills, to produce components and parts in accordance with precise specifications.
Deburring and Finishing: Perform deburring, buffing, and polishing of finished parts to remove sharp edges and imperfections, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish.
Quality Control and Measurement: Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet established specifications.
Counting and Packing: Accurately count, package, and label parts in compliance with production and shipping requirements, ensuring proper inventory management.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure proper fabrication and finishing of parts.
Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations to ensure efficiency and promote a safe working atmosphere.
Compensation: $20 per hour or more, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available.
