Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) High Point, NC
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolinafor the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 32-37 hours per week with students in a school-based setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement individualized behavior strategies.
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide training and professional development to school personnel on behavioral best practices.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education services.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP End of School Year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 32-37 hours per week
