Crispim BJJ/Wild Boyz MMA is a welcoming, family-friendly MMA academy. We are dedicated to building strong, confident, and respectful athletes of all ages. We believe in teaching authentic Muay Thai while fostering discipline, sportsmanship and a love for the art.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Muay Thai instructor to teach classes for both kids (ages 7 and up) and adults. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Muay Thai, experience teaching at different skill levels, and the ability to create a safe, fun, and motivating training environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Teach engaging and effective Muay Thai classes

* Develop class plans that incorporate technique, conditioning and skill progression.

* Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and teamwork.

* Ensure the safety of all students and maintain proper training etiquette.

* Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.

Qualifications:

* Proven Muay Thai training experience (competitive background a plus)

* Previous teaching experience with both kids and adults preferred.

* Strong communication skills and ability to connect with different age groups.

* Reliable, Professional and punctual.

* Must have a high school degree or equivalent.

We currently have afternoon/evening hours available at both of our locations - Pleasanton (from 4pm until 8pm) and Danville (from 5:30pm to 8pm).
