Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to work on our roll wrapping machines, a critical step in our production process of electrical wires and cables. Attention to quality and detail is crucial in this role as you will be loading large spools of cable, adjusting machines as needed, and adhering to the daily production schedule. Candidates must be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Operate roll wrapping machines with precision and attention to detail.
- Load large spools of cable and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Follow daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Work with various machines including rewinders and wire formers.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet specifications.
- Demonstrate a safety-minded approach in all activities.
Essential Skills
- Experience in machine operation and a manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Mechanically inclined with a focus on machine operating tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Production experience and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Work Environment
Work in a privately held wire and cable manufacturing company that specializes in a wide range of wire products. The company is expanding with two new buildings and offers shifts from 7-3 pm, 3-11 pm, and 11-7 am, from Sunday to Thursday. The environment is supportive, growth-oriented, and encourages long-term career development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
