We have a second shift machine operator assistant position available for a local manufacturer.

• The candidate will be assisting our our steel slitting line operator efficiently and follows operational protocols.
• Adheres to production schedules by executing machine orders accurately.
• Directs and supervises associated support personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• Upholds strict adherence to safety regulations outlined in the Plant Employees Manual, ensuring the protection of personnel and facilities.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adherence to attendance policies outlined in the Attendance Policy section of the Plant Employee Manual.
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

High school education or GED required. Team member must have the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to also meet the physical requirements of the job including the ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet on a concrete floor for the entire shift. Team member must also be able to effectively communicate with others and work well in a team environment.

Hours: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.
