We currently have openings at two locations, and you can choose the shift that fits your lifestyle best:
???? Middletown, OH — 1st Shift
Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
???? Bolivar, OH — 3rd Shift
Mon–Fri | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
???? Pay Range: $28–$40/hr (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Remote: No
Position Overview
You will play a key role in machining ferrous and non-ferrous materials to tight tolerance specifications. This role involves interpreting work instructions and blueprints, maintaining high accuracy, and utilizing a range of machining equipment.

Precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, thread gauges)

Job Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
-
3–5 years of machine shop experience (hydraulics industry experience is a plus but not required)

CNC and manual machining experience
-
Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Skills & Attributes:
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Good judgment and quality mindset
-
Ability to use precision measuring instruments
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
-
Lift/carry 40 lbs., 50 lb. pull

Frequent standing, movement, and repetitive hand motions

Work environment fluctuates from quiet to moderate/loud depending on the area
