We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Skilled Nurse to provide high-quality, in-home nursing care for pediatric clients with complex medical needs. Our clients receive services through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and require attentive, specialized nursing care. The nurse will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring the child's condition, and educating families on care techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in the home setting.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain medical equipment, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and seizure logs.</li>
<li>Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and other prescribed therapies.</li>
<li>Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.</li>
<li>Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.</li>
<li>Educate and support families in caring for children with complex medical needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all state regulations, agency policies, and professional nursing standards.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: Completion of a nursing skills test with an 80% or above.
<ul>
<li>Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Georgia nursing license.</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience (home care experience preferred).</li>
<li>Experience caring for medically complex clients with feeding tubes, seizure disorders, tracheostomies, and ventilators.</li>
<li>Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.</li>

 QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education</li>
<li>At least 2 years of teaching experience</li>
<li>Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises</li>
<li>Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus-based group class</li>

 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including, but not limited to, hand weights, Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe yet creative group experience</li>
<li>Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety with the ability to provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries and/or limitations</li>
<li>Stay up to date with, and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times</li>
<li>Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging pursuant to Club Pilates standards</li>
<li>Provide Pilates instruction to include Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled</li>
<li>Maintain open availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week</li>
<li>Participation in monthly Lead Instructor conference calls and subsequent training of staff regarding topics covered on these calls</li>
<li>Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and make recommendations to management about updates</li>
<li>Track and review other Pilates Instructors for proficiency and performance</li>
<li>Provide support and mentorship to Pilates Instructors to uphold Club Pilates standards, while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture</li>
