Position Summary:
Full-time Nurse Manager position available for our Lacey Medical Clinic, may also work at the Thurston County Walk In Clinic. Sea Mar Community Health Centers is accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) level III.
The Nurse Manager works in conjunction with Health Center Administrator&nbsp;and Clinical Director in daily operations of the clinic. They will know the Social Determinants of health, what that means in Community Health Care, and how that is different from other health care facilities. FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network,&nbsp;is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Beverly Hills and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages</li>
<li>Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
<ul>
<li>The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
<ul>
<li>Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program</li>
<li>Reliable personal transportation</li>
<li>Smartphone</li>
<li>Bilingual is a plus!</li>

Job DescriptionDEKA Research &amp; Development, located in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a team developing cloud-native digital solutions for&nbsp;a variety of exciting and impactful medical device products. How you will make an impact as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer:

<li>Develop custom applications supporting novel medical devices that are improving quality of life for people with chronic conditions</li>
<li>Solve technical challenges while upholding performance, safety and security standards</li>
<li>Lead the design effort to ensure secure, scalable and performant applications</li>
</ul>
To be successful in this role as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will need the following skills and experience:
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Must be local or within a commutable distance to Manchester, NH</li>
<li>Must show career progression and demonstrated technical leadership</li>
<li>7+ years of design and implementation experience of scalable and secure computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms</li>
<li>5+ years of experience developing responsive applications using React and Node.js</li>
<li>Solid experience developing RESTful API bearing micro-services with GoLang or Java</li>
<li>Understanding of security standards, secure coding practices and threat modeling approaches</li>
<li>Proficient in writing detailed design specifications, diagrams, documentation, operating procedures, and test plans/test reports</li>
<li>Expert in using Linux in hosted/containerized deployments</li>
<li>Strong distributed system networking and debugging skills</li>
<li>Database design and development experience with NoSQL, SQL, and Time Series databases</li>
<li>Distributed messaging systems exposure: SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, etc</li>
<li>DevOps Tools Exposure: Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins</li>
<li>Must have cloud infrastructure&nbsp;experience building containerized services that can be deployed to a Kubernetes cluster, experience integrating with cloud infrastructure services like message queues, networking, compute, databases, etc</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Hands-on technology experience in large-scale commercial cloud environments</li>
<li>Terraform, Kubernetes deployment and operational experience</li>
<li>GoLang, Python development/ deployment experience</li>
<li>Serverless Technologies experience</li>
<li>PII/PCI, HIPAA regulatory exposure</li>
</ul>
