Job Title: QC Inspector Location: Anaheim, CA Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Quality Control Inspector with a strong aerospace background. This role inspects incoming sheet metal parts, machined components, and raw materials, reviews Certificates of Conformance (CofCs), and performs final shipping inspection for aerospace customers and outside process vendors.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Receive aerospace sheet metal and machined parts, verify counts, and update ERP/MRP system.</li>
<li>Perform dimensional and visual inspections to AS9100 and customer specifications using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges.</li>
<li>Verify supplier CofCs, material certifications, and other aerospace quality documents.</li>
<li>Inspect completed aerospace components before shipment to customers and vendors. Package per aerospace packaging standards (Boeing D6-51991, Lockheed Martin).</li>
<li>Operate FARO and Hexagon portable CMM arms (preferred).</li>
<li>Create AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and other quality documentation (preferred).</li>
<li>Follow ITAR/EAR export control requirements for aerospace parts.</li>
<li>Coordinate shipments, schedule pickups, and operate forklift/pallet jack.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in aerospace quality inspection, shipping, and receiving.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and specifications.</li>
<li>Skilled in inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems (JobBOSS, Epicor, SAP).</li>
<li>Experience with FARO/Hexagon CMM arms and AS9102 FAIRs a plus.</li>
<li>Forklift certification a plus.</li>

Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Inspector will perform in-process and final inspections, evaluating parts against specifications. This role requires a thorough understanding of inspection methods and a commitment to supporting the manufacturing process in compliance with standards. The position reports to the Quality Lead and receives daily direction from the shift Lead.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Interpret blueprint and Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerance (GD&amp;T) requirements.</li>
<li>Comply with customer specifications and requirements.</li>
<li>Use inspection gauges such as micrometers</li>
<li>Conduct inspections using CMM machines and coordinate systems.</li>
<li>Complete in-process and final inspections as required.</li>
<li>Make mold castings and interpret results using an optical comparator.</li>
<li>Complete all necessary paperwork, including inspection and CMM report reviews.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in reading blueprints.</li>
<li>Experience with inspection gauging and visual inspections</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing, including document control and job operations.</li>
<li>Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines/systems</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for documenting inspection results.</li>
<li>General computer knowledge.</li>
<li>Accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
