This position is for Day Shift with typical store hours between Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm and 11am- 3pm on Sunday
Bétonel/Dulux is hiring immediately for the position of full-time Retail Store Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the reason our customers come back! You will develop important relationships with our contractors and customers every day. You will greet and assist Bétonel/Dulux customers as they enter the retail store by listening and helping with their paint and supply needs.
Retail Store Sales Associate Main Responsibilities
• Advise and serve the needs of customers, including assess needs, propose solutions, dye and match paint products
• Suggest and advise additional products, such as brushes and rollers
• Work in a retail store environment safely with store responsibilities such as ensuring store is clean and well-stocked
• Lift, move, and stock store product while following safety guidelines
Retail Store Sales Associate Qualifications
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including Saturday and overtime
• Computer and internet applications
• We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
