We're hiring an Experienced Tree Climber - Trimmer to join us full-time and complete quality work with our talented Jessup, MD team. THE PERKS OF BECOMING AN EXPERIENCED TREE CLIMBER - TRIMMER
Pay: Depending on experience and abilities, you'll earn $30.00 - $50.00/hour.
Schedule: You'll work a standard 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule with overtime available. Some weekends or emergency calls may be required.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Each day brings something different, and you'll work closely with your team to get the job done right. No drama and no fuss; you'll just be getting to work by climbing and trimming trees. You'll tie rope knots, set up rigging gear, and climb trees with or without spikes. Working on residential, commercial, and government properties, you'll prune and remove trees according to client desires while meeting timelines and staying efficient.
What You Need:
- Tree climbing experience
- Knowledge of safe climbing techniques and tree physics
- Hustle, grit, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn more and work as part of a team
- Willingness to take an on-site proficiency test
- Ability to keep up with a no-BS, forward-moving crew
The ability to operate a bucket truck or spider lift would be a bonus!
