Therapist Supervisor 
Position: Full-Time Location: Vancouver, Washington Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee a talented team of clinicians providing therapy in Vancouver, Washington. This position combines leadership, mentorship, and compliance oversight to ensure every client receives the best care possible.
Responsibilities:

<li>Provide structured supervision and coaching to therapists.</li>
<li>Review and approve treatment plans and documentation.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions and contribute to professional development.</li>
<li>Coordinate with leadership to maintain workflow efficiency.</li>
<li>Encourage a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.</li>
<li>Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and leadership abilities.</li>
