A leading industrial services company is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a clean, safety-focused facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and hands-on experience with automated or heavy industrial equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform mechanical and basic electrical maintenance on production and industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and reliability checks
- Repair, replace, and calibrate mechanical components (motors, pumps, bearings, valves, conveyors, etc.)
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate equipment status with leadership
- Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of machine maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments
- Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Experience working with pumps, tanks, conveyors, mixers, or process equipment is a plus
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
