\nOverview\n
STi is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support an NSWCDD IT support services contract. This role provides senior-level analytical, planning, acquisition, and program management support to Navy IT and network modernization initiatives. The Senior Program Analyst will support cost analysis, logistics integration, enterprise architecture alignment, and programmatic oversight across multiple IT portfolios.

Provide senior-level program analysis support for Navy IT and network acquisition efforts.
\n
- \n
Conduct cost analysis, budgeting reviews, and financial tracking activities to support program decision-making.
\n
- \n
Support integrated logistics planning and lifecycle sustainment documentation.
\n
- \n
Develop program schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and planning artifacts.
\n
- \n
Conduct enterprise architecture analysis to ensure alignment with Navy/DoD governance and IT strategic roadmaps.
\n
- \n
Prepare staffing plans, briefings, reports, data calls, and technical documentation.
\n
- \n
Support requirements analysis, process improvement, and program execution activities across IT and network portfolios.
\n
- \n
Collaborate with Government leadership, integrated project teams, and technical stakeholders.
\n

\nRequired Qualifications\n
- \n
- \n
Six (6) years of professional experience in IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support, and program cost analysis.
\n
- \n
Strong experience supporting DoD or federal IT programs.
\n
- \n
Ability to work onsite within a 60-mile commuting radius of NSWCDD Dahlgren.
\n
- \n
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
\n
\n
\n

\n
\nPreferred Qualifications\n

- \n
Prior experience supporting NSWCDD, NAVSEA, or other Navy program offices.
\n
- \n
Familiarity with DoD financial systems, acquisition documentation, or IT portfolio management.
\n
- \n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
