Phenix Trucks & Van, a leader in the automotive truck manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the manufacturing quality and efficient production of our high-quality truck bodies and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and improve quality control policies & operating procedures
  2. Train and supervise staff to insure they follow established procedures
  3. Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  4. Identify and troubleshoot equipment, product problems, and defects
  5. Participate in routine product inspections
  6. Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
  7. Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve nonconformance issues
  8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment

​​Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of quality control experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quality related certifications and / or credentials are desirable
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
