Quality Control Technician
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158
Shift: 6:00 PM–6:15 AM, 2-2-3 rotation
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Transition to Night Shift: Approximately 3–4 months
Pay Rate: $19–$25/hour, based on experience
Role Requirements:

3–4 years of quality experience

Experience with paint or chemicals is highly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to accurately enter sample information into SAP
-
PPE required: steel-toe shoes; lab coat provided
Duties:
-
Perform routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.

Conduct lab tests such as viscosity, color, density, and adhesion.

Record results accurately in SAP and maintain organized documentation.

Adjust or troubleshoot batches that fall out of specification.

Collect samples from the production floor and provide timely feedback.

Maintain and calibrate basic lab equipment.

Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
