Job Description2nd/ 3rd Shift Production Operator Needed in Allentown, PA!
Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA in their search for Production Operators.
Job Details:
- Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11pm
- 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:45pm-7:00am
- Pay Rate: $13-15/hr
- Shift differential: Base+$0.50 for 2nd Shift, Base+$1.00 for 3rd Shift
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Allentown, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and perform minor adjustments or basic repairs as needed
- Operate PCs using proprietary software
- Complete tasks efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Perform audit control of job information
- Conduct quality checks on products, including visual inspections and number sequencing
- Complete daily paperwork documenting measurements and productivity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows
