Job Description2nd/ 3rd Shift Production Operator Needed in Allentown, PA!
Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA in their search for Production Operators.
Job Details:

  • Schedule:
    • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11pm
    • 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:45pm-7:00am
  • Pay Rate: $13-15/hr
    • Shift differential: Base+$0.50 for 2nd Shift, Base+$1.00 for 3rd Shift
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Location: Allentown, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and perform minor adjustments or basic repairs as needed
  • Operate PCs using proprietary software
  • Complete tasks efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Perform audit control of job information
  • Conduct quality checks on products, including visual inspections and number sequencing
  • Complete daily paperwork documenting measurements and productivity
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment


Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows
