Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This multi-craft position involves working from 6 PM to 6 AM on a rotating 3-3-4-4 schedule. The role entails troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, and electronic systems within our industrial facility.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, and electronic systems.
- Follow the preventative maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns and prioritize repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on extrusion presses, furnaces, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
- Inspect and maintain air compressors, cooling water systems, and extrusion press operations daily.
- Assist with equipment installations and modifications to improve safety and efficiency.
- Complete work orders and documentation in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience with 480v systems.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with mechanical skills.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Machine installation and repair experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Fanuc robotics.
- Mechanical machine operation and fabrication.
- Experience in troubleshooting motors, sensors, switches, and photo-eyes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
