Responsibilities:
- Executing Production and Engineering builds with your colleagues
- Setting up and maintaining equipment and may install tools, read blueprints/engineering drawings, and set up equipment
- Operating machinery: feed raw materials into machines, operate machines, and perform minor repairs
- Monitoring product standards, production equipment, and the overall efficiency of the production process
- Inspect parts, test finished materials, and document any defects or issues
- Work with other departments to ensure quality and testing for final build
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing/production experience
- Proven ability to work in a problem-solving environment, teamwork
- Varied sitting, standing, and walking and ability to flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities
- Experience with Juki and Panasonic PCBA manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese or Chinese preferred but not required
