Twin City Staffing is hiring a machine operator for an industrial production company! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating heavy equipment, and being part of a reliable and safety-focused production team.
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Wage: $20 - $24 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; Friday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Benefits of the Machine Operator / Industrial:
- Operate saws, lathes, planers, cranes, loaders, and forklifts to cut and move lumber
- Monitor production lines, adjust machine settings, and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance, such as lubrication and blade replacement, to keep machines running smoothly
- Conduct safety checks before operation and follow all safety procedures
- Handle materials by moving logs from storage areas and stacking finished lumber for shipment
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
Requirements of the Machine Operator / Industrial:
- Experience operating sawmill or industrial machinery
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability
- Physically able to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
