You will program, set up, and operate CNC lathes while interpreting technical blueprints and engineering designs. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment. You’ll ensure all finished components meet exact specifications through precise measurement and inspection.Responsibilities· Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to machine precision tooling components
· Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications
· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed
· Measure and inspect completed parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and workflow efficiencyQualifications and Requirements· Previous experience operating CNC lathes in a tooling or machining environment
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
· Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
