\n\nPCU RN Qualifications\n

- Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience\n
- Active Idaho RN license or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license (attach to resume)\n
- ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association required, attach to submission)\n
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills\n
- Ability to delegate patient care and supervise healthcare staff\n
\n\nPCU Registered Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with Idaho Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies\n
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training\n
- Plan and anticipate safe delivery of care for PCU patients\n
- Delegate and supervise patient care tasks to appropriate clinical support staff\n
- Uphold high standards of patient care and safety in the Progressive Care Unit\n
