Job Description

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities:

Setup and operating manual lathe, Bridgeport, Hurco and Okuma machines
Machine parts using required fixtures in accordance within specifications
Measure and examine completed parts to detect defects
Ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers
Using OEM prints and design sketches, instructions, blueprints
If needed fabricate or modify fixtures and maintain machines
Following company and quality system guidelines

Qualifications:

At least five years previous manual lathe machine experience
Experience with precision instruments
Able to read and understand blueprints
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening

Hours are:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 4:30pm

The pay is up to $35.00 an hour based on experience
