We’re hiring a Plant Equipment Reliability Technician to keep our machinery, installations, and facility in peak condition.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

What You’ll Tackle

• Own the preventive maintenance program—perform adjustments, cleaning, and scheduled upkeep to maximize equipment life and reliability.
• Jump on urgent issues: repair or replace parts on machines, installations, and facility systems to get production back online fast.
• Partner with operators, process technicians, and leadership to diagnose equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
• Work safely every time by following lock out/tag out procedures and wearing required safety gear.

What Sets You Apart

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting instincts and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with pneumatics troubleshooting.
