Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee our production facility and manage a team of 20 crew members (plus an additional 40+ crew seasonally). This individual will play a key role in planning and overseeing the fabrication, installation, and removal of our custom displays, ensuring projects are delivered on time to the highest standard of quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a background in production management or project management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and implement production, installation, and removal schedules for multiple projects

· Review, adjust, and optimize schedules as needed

· Determine and allocate human and material resources

· Oversee equipment use and maintenance

· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for production operations

· Set and maintain quality control standards

· Analyze production and quality outcomes to identify and resolve issues

· Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed

· Assist with estimating production costs and managing budgets

· Coordinate with other members of the management team to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications & Experience

· Proven experience in production, operations, project or manufacturing management

· Strong knowledge of raw materials, machines, and tools

· Understanding of health and safety standards and compliance

· Knowledge of human resource principles and practices

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience reading and interpreting shop drawings

Skills

· Knowledge of flatbed CNC machines, multi-axis carving robot, hot wire cnc machines a plus.

- Knowledge of production methods such as carpentry, sculpting, welding, painting a plus.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Effective communication and team management

· Ability to delegate, influence, and lead under pressure

· Attention to detail with a commitment to quality

· Adaptability and stress tolerance in fast-paced environments
