CNC Punch Press Technician -- Sheet Metal Fabrication
Job Description
Job Description Punch Your Path Forward in Mesquite, TX
It’s 7:00 a.m. in Mesquite and production orders are waiting. You scan the job packet, verify material type and thickness with your caliper, and stage sheets for the first run. A quick check: lubrication is good, no air leaks detected. You load the punch press, optimize your program, and keep parts flowing. Edges get a clean finish by filing and sanding to meet company standards. Between runs, you record production data in the ERP, organize jobs by ship dates, and step over to lend a hand on the press brake when needed. Quality checks happen at every step, and parts reach the warehouse exactly to spec.
