We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team.

Location: Manchester, CT
Position Type: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Pay rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Document production data and report any issues
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and troubleshoot
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
