Our upscale Medspa is seeking an experienced and talented Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to provide high-quality medical-grade facials (Hydrafacial), Microneedling, Weight loss shots, and various modalities of laser treatments to our discerning clientele. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience and fostering a professional, relaxing atmosphere. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in social media content creation and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver top-quality esthetic services, including medical-grade facials (Hydrafacial), Microneedling, Weight loss shots, and various laser treatments.

Develop customized treatment plans for clients based on their individual skin concerns and goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all applicable regulations and safety protocols.

Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products to maintain treatment results.

Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless client experience and contribute to overall spa operations.

Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.

Upsell services and products to enhance the client's experience and contribute to the spa's overall growth and success.

Create engaging social media content to promote the spa's services and products, increasing brand awareness and attracting new clients.
Requirements:

Current Esthetician license with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Aesthetician/Laser Technician.

Proven experience performing Lasers, Hydrafacials, Chemical peels, and Microneedling.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to promote spa services and products.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
