Key Responsibilities:
- Follow production drawings, instructions, and specifications
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy in work
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Participate in training and skill development as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Hands-on manufacturing experience preferred; mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Strong work history and reliability
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and read production drawings
- Willingness to complete pre-employment drug test and background check
