Job Title: Vendor Scheduler
Location: Apex, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate/Salary: $68,000 – $72,000
Position Summary
The Vendor Scheduler is responsible for managing the full cycle of order processing, from receiving orders via email or phone to ensuring on-time delivery. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and logistics partners, communicating material availability, addressing shortages, and supporting smooth workflow in SAP.
Responsibilities

Receive, review, and process customer orders via email and phone

Enter and confirm orders in SAP, including creating sales orders and utilizing transaction code MB04

Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and communicate updates to customers

Identify and communicate material shortages to internal teams and customers

Provide responsive, professional customer service and issue resolution

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory and order fulfillment

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and order entry process
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or logistics coordination

Strong SAP proficiency; familiarity with MB04 is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work on-site Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
