Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager based in Bradley, IL. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, supervising project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves coordination across various stakeholders, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Senior Construction Project Manager serves as a key contact for clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and overall Construction Management processes
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and effective team collaboration
- Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects
- Demonstrated success in Project Management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management roles
