Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Bethlehem, PA in their search for a Manufacturing Basket Builder & Assembly Associate with hands-on industrial or manufacturing backgrounds to join our growing team. This is a temp-hire position with excellent benefits if converted to permanent and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Basket Builder & Assembly Associates Job Details:
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Shift Available:
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Training: Mon-Friday 7am-3pm (first 3 weeks)
Schedule Options:
- Mon–Wed (3 12 hour shifts)
- Thurs–Sat (3 12 hour shifts)
Candidates should ideally be flexible to work either shift block
Basket Builder & Assembly Associates Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Perform basket building (e.g., assembling screws, bolts, and related components)
- Assist on the assembly line as needed to meet production demands
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform quality checks and follow production procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Basket Builder & Assembly Associates Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Comfortable working long shifts in a hands-on role
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Flexibility with schedule
