CNC Lathe Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist who will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Lathe and 3-Axis CNC Mill machinery. The role involves setting up Haas VMC, programming with Surfcam, and performing multiple setups per day due to varying part volumes. The position offers potential growth into a lead role over time.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC Lathe and 3-Axis CNC Mill machines.
- Operate Haas VMC and program using Surfcam.
- Set up fixtures and tooling, making necessary adjustments.
- Provide own hand tools and measuring tools.
- Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers.
- Perform tool changes and adjust speeds and feeds.
- Handle low, medium, and high-volume part machining with multiple setups per day.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC Lathe and/or 3-Axis CNC Mill setup experience.
- Ability to set up fixtures and tooling and make necessary adjustments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC Lathe setup is a plus.
- Possession of personal hand tools and measuring tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
