Job Responsibilities:

• Setup and verify quality products on each production run.
• Adjust programming at machines to correct dimensional issues.
• Maintain equipment to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
• Stage work based on production schedules to minimize tooling changeovers.
• Train new Press Brake Operators.
• Monitor productivity and utilization of the department.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Maintain, set up, and monitor all press brakes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency goals are achieved daily.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, high-energy level.
• CNC multi-axis press brake operation and setup experience.
• Experience with Trumpf press brakes and programming is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dependability.
• Positive attitude.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your work.

Wage:

• • $18.00 - $23.00
  • Shift Premium $1
  • You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour
