We are a custom sign manufacturer seeking an experienced painter to join our production team. Our work involves aluminum and acrylic fabrication, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finish aluminum and acrylic components for signage production

Mix and match paints and finishes accurately by weight and formula

Apply primers, paints, and clear coats using a high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) spray gun

Maintain clean and organized paint areas and equipment

Collaborate with fabrication and assembly departments to ensure consistent finish quality
Qualifications:

Proven experience in industrial or automotive painting, preferably with aluminum and acrylic materials

Skilled in color matching and mixing
-
Proficiency with HVLP spray systems
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment
