Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC mills, lathes, and automated machinery safely and efficiently

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts using forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and hoists

Perform basic to intermediate machine setups, including tool changes, fixture adjustments, offsets, and minor program edits

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications
-
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measurement tools
-
Monitor machine performance, identify tool wear, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or program issues
-
Maintain accurate production logs, quality records, and documentation
-
Perform routine machine maintenance such as lubrication, coolant monitoring, and chip management
-
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE requirements, and quality standards
-
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S workplace practices
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of CNC machine operation experience required
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and machining instructions
-
Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment
-
Strong experience with calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, and other precision tools
-
Solid understanding of tooling, feeds and speeds, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Reliable work ethic, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
