We need an electro-mechanical pro who can keep lines running, especially when automation and controls are involved. If PLCs, HMIs, and industrial troubleshooting are your comfort zone, you’ll feel at home here.
What You’ll Tackle
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Work directly with PLCs, HMIs, and plant control networks to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production assets and building utilities.
- Read and apply schematics, electrical prints, and technical manuals.
- Assist with facility repairs: welding, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Record maintenance activities and follow safety and compliance requirements.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance or a comparable trade school background.
- Solid electro-mechanical skills with demonstrated PLC/automation experience.
- Understanding of three-phase electrical systems, controls, and industrial machinery.
- Team-focused, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail.
- Willing to learn new equipment and cross-train across technologies.
Bonus Skills
- Roll forming equipment experience.
- LOTO, confined space, and forklift training.
