Your Day-to-Day:
- Operate and set up machines: Doosan PUMA 1214, Toshiba 150, and Toshiba 200 equipped with live tooling.
- Interpret blueprints and models, determining necessary dimensions and operations.
- Handle tooling requirements and control settings adjustments.
- Protect the precision of each component by setting machines with the utmost care.
- Measure parts for accuracy maintaining a precise tolerance.
Are You the Right Fit?
- More than 5 years in CNC machining with a focus on VTL machines.
- Proficiency in Mastercam is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls is preferred.
- Experience in job shops signifies your ability to handle intricate tasks with patience and precision.
- Be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, along with proficiency in using cranes and hoists.
- Possess strong math skills relevant to the shop floor.
