A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to contribute. After a quick huddle with teammates, you gear up and get to work:

• Assemble parts using hand and power tools, following precise instructions and specifications.
• Attach foam pieces to designated components with accurate placement.
• Inspect parts and finished goods to verify they meet company quality standards.
• Work efficiently in a repetitive, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and consistency.
• Keep your station clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
• Report any defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to your supervisor or quality team.
• Offer ideas that improve efficiency and enhance the assembly process.

Shifts Hiring Now

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (Assembly): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• 2nd Shift (Molding): Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift (Molding): Sunday night – Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We’re hiring immediately across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

What You Bring

• Reliable hand–eye coordination and a strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills.
• Basic reading, math, and reasoning abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and follow a set production schedule.

You should be proficient in:

• Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
