Therapist Supervisor 
Position: Full-Time Location: Bellevue, Washington Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: The Therapist Supervisor provides direction, supervision, and structure to a team of therapists serving diverse client needs. This position focuses on quality assurance, professional growth, and upholding ethical standards within clinical operations.
Responsibilities:

<li>Offer regular clinical supervision and case guidance.</li>
<li>Manage and review treatment documentation for compliance.</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations and identify growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with department heads to maintain workflow and quality care.</li>
<li>Support new staff through training and onboarding.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.</li>
<li>Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and leadership abilities.</li>
