Now Hiring: Industrial Journeyman Electricians
Location: Vineland, NJ – Large-Scale Data Center Project
Pay Rate: $28–$33/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 60–80 Hours/Week | Day & Night Shift Available
Duration: 4–6 Months (Phase 3) with Potential to Extend 1.5+ Years
Employment Type: Contract (Long-Term Opportunity)
About the Opportunity
Fritz Staffing Group is seeking Industrial Journeyman Electricians for a major Data Center build. Phase 3 is projected to run 4–6 months, with a strong opportunity to stay on for the full 1.5+ year project duration for top-performing electricians. This is heavy industrial work with major overtime potential.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
Candidates must be experienced and comfortable with:
- Installing 3⁄4” to 4” EMT
- Bending EMT using hand benders, one-shots, and triple nickel (555) benders
- Installing cable tray systems
- Pulling and terminating wires from 12 AWG to 500 kcmil
- Safe operation of boom lifts and scissor lifts
- Drilling into concrete for cable tray supports
- Installing bus duct systems
- Rack installation using angle iron and all-thread rod
- Installing termination and pull point boxes
- Operating a Milwaukee Knockout (KO) Tool
- Proficient use of industrial hand and power tools
Hours & Schedule
- 60–80 hours per week
- Current schedule: 5×12s + 8 hours on Saturday
- May shift to 7×12s or 6×12s + 8 on Sunday as needed
- Day shift and night shift both available
Project Duration
- Estimated 4–6 months for Phase 3
- Strong potential to stay 1.5+ years if performance meets expectations
- Phase 3 is expected to be 1.5× the size of Phases 1 & 2
Requirements
- OSHA 10 – MANDATORY (No exceptions)
- Must have tools & PPE
- Strong industrial electrical experience
- Ability to work extensive overtime
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
